Blakemore and Chell supplies a huge range of cooking and heating appliances including; cast iron range cookers, stoves, boilers and fires, from leading brands such as Aga-Rayburn, Stanley, Redfyre, Morso, Stovax. We offer products suitable for all main types of energy source including natural gas, oil, lpg, solid fuel and wood. We are particularly experienced in serving the rural and agricultural community and many of our customers live in remote and exposed properties with unique and challenging heating requirements. This long standing experience enables us to specify and install heating systems suited to the particular requirements of our customers. The recent increase in fuel prices has stimulated strong revival of interest in solid fuel and woodburning products. We offer a wide range of appliances within these categories and are able to provide expert advice on heating systems that combine maximum controllability and minimum running costs using wood and solid fuel.
We are registered with HETAS for solid fuel installation and servicing, OFTEC for oil fired installation and servicing and CORGI for gas installation and servicing. Membership of these competent persons schemes allows us to notify building control for all relevant work carried our for all three fuel types.
Within our heating and cooking department we also stock Aga Cookware, and a selection of other quality cookware and accessories.
With many spares, flue parts and other plumbing and heating components in stock, we are able to offer a comprehensive solution for most heating and range cooking applications.
