Free Shipping on orders over £250
Shipping for all Stoves, Range Cookers and Boilers over £250 is free to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Shipping to Scottish Highlands & Islands (please see here for postcode details) has a small charge of £50 as a contribution toward our delivery charges.

Items under £250 cost and this will be indicated in your checkout process.

At Blakemore and Chell we want to ensure that you are totally happy with your purchase and also that it is the right product for your needs. You will be contacted by email or telephone to confirm delivery and answer any questions you may have.

Delivery Time

We usually deliver from our stock held in our showroom in Leek, Staffordshire using our specialist independent delivery company

• Stock items are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, occasionally delivery may be longer than this and we will advise of this when we contact you
• Stoves delivery is 7-10 working days
• Rayburn Rangecooker & AGA Masterchef delivery is 2-3 weeks
• AGA Masterchef including installation is 5-6 weeks to fit in with AGA’s installation team

Our drivers are as flexible as possible but a little preparation helps for a smooth delivery. Your order will be delivered, securely packaged on a pallet, to a flat, firm area. Usually this will be from a tail lift truck to kerbside but our drivers are able to move the pallet over flat surfaces for a short distance e.g. to a garage for storage.

Our driver will not be able to unpack your item or remove pallets. Remember when you sign for your delivery you are signing that is has been received in good condition so please check it first.
